Andy is a transformation specialist with a successful track record in leading change. He has over 15 years board level experience with major FMCG organisations including Marine Harvest ASA, Youngs Seafood and 2 Sisters Food Group. Andy’s valuable combination of commercial and operational experience, result in an extremely well balanced view of business. Since establishing Bigger Picture in 2008, he has led a wide range of challenging change programmes including;

• manufacturing outsourcing
• footprint consolidation
• operational transformation

Andy has significant international experience, leading a number of change strategies in China, SE Asia and India. His wealth of experience in highly challenging business environments, result in him being a highly effective practitioner who finds practical solutions.

Born and raised in Glasgow, Scotland, Andy’s early career was in mechanical engineering with Rolls Royce. He soon took up a classical FMCG sales & marketing career in the food industry. Andy later moved into operational and general management roles where he developed his appetite for transformational change. Recognising that “survival of the fittest” was fast becoming “survival of the most adaptable,” Andy quickly recognised that business has a choice,

Andy’s energy and passion are infectious and he has the desire and experience to help ambitious people deliver their vision. His people skills, combined with his vast knowledge and experience at the sharp end of business bring huge value to the organisations he works with.
